Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. This place is the worst. Aside from rude employees that hate their jobs and the shoddy work they do, they pressure you into purchasing warranties that they will never honor. If you spend any money here you are a fool!
