15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

Jake is great for body work. So is Tim for mechanic work. Owner is a smoothy glad-hander mercurial hothead, be prepared to deal with his whims to get to his far better employees who pride in their jobs w your car. Check your bill thoroughly however. Get guarantees in writing.

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.
