Towing service service near Staten Island, NY

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.

Bunch of crooks-had car towed by them figured I'd give them a chance to fix it-HUGE mistake-quotes me 380 on phone I go pick up car it's 602! course no proof so I can't fight it then my tacklebox that I keep in back of SUV goes missing-amazing how hard it is to find an honest mechanic-no honesty here-do yourself a favor and avoid this place

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.

Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.
