Had a flat tire - they were able to see us immediately and gave us fast and efficient service at a FAIR PRICE!! great place for any auto tune ups! they never tried to upsell us or anything. will definitely be taking our cars there for any needs

Went there for state inspection. They told me that my car needs front break pads. I was surprised because day before I went to my dealer for oil change and state inspection, which they could not do because of their broken machine and they did mention that my car needed break pads after courtesy meticulous inspection. Dealer’s multipoint inspection sheet indicated that my break pads are less than half way through. I guess it is dealer’s word against Midas’s word. But I’m sure dealer would not pass on this job if my car needed pads and release me in unsafe vehicle. Not wanting to pay for failed state inspection, I went with replacement. Midas charged me $99.99 for Centric ceramic front pads only! + $106 for labor. I think I got the DEAL OF a LIFETIME here as such break pads cost no more than $30 all over the internet. I still could have done good mileage on these break pads. Rip off and scam. Will not go there again!

I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.

Never again will I go to PEPBOYS . Made an appointment for 10am. Just needed new tires, oil change, and wipers. Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.
