I took my new car for some detailing... only to find a damage in my window on drivers side...To be exact a puncture on glass and a scratches...I asked for the phone number in order to file claim... manager Raul told me there was no number would have to sue the cooperationi.its self! After calling police, and bring upset for what seem like for ever. The price to fix unwanted damage $435... A lot of paper work involved to get money for repair back... Not letting this slide!!!!

Never again will I go to PEPBOYS . Made an appointment for 10am. Just needed new tires, oil change, and wipers. Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.

DO NOT GO HERE Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez. Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you?? It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you. Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.

$600 Repairs to fix their mistake This review pertains to the mechanics here. After getting a car wash and seeing they were consistently busy in the garage, I decided to get an oil change, that went fine, so I returned when I was due again. This time, I asked for a transmission and brake fluid flush. The next day as I'm driving the car I notice a burning smell and find the nearest mechanic to examine it. They informed the smell was from transmission fluid leaking onto the exhaust. I took a day off of work, returned to Clean Way and explained the issue, told them to take all the time they need but to fix what they caused, and after about 90 mins they returned me the keys and said it's fixed. After driving it home and around for a bit to burn off any old fluid that may have previously spilled, letting it cool, and driving again, it was apparent the issue was not fixed. I took the car to a garage endorsed by AAA, and shockingly, there is a broken hose spewing transmission fluid, and on top of that, the trans fluid was even bubbling over, as they suspect it's the wrong type of fluid as well. The high charge for repair is because they have to drop the whole trans out to remedy this, so I'm paying all labor to fix a mistake.
