The work is amazing and done with Honesty and care. The staff explains everything to you down to the last bolt. The office is like the family kitchen with thier dogs there and everybody laughing and relaxed. Northfield Collision was by far the most pleasurable experience I have ever had when getting my car repaired ever.

Excellent work!! Very professional and doesn't charge an arm and leg like other mechanics.. My car was in a feder bender and richie fixed it and made it seem like I was never involved in a accident... Definitely will go back there whenever my car needs body work done!! Brought my car in for a head gasket didn't fix it on time gave me my car back with broken sensors stalling and over heating . Bring it back they change the cheapest part give it back to me still doing the same thing . Finally change all the sensors myself to find that head gasket is still leaking call for my money back tell me it's my fault taking them to small claims court never use this company
