I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I moved into the area recently and am looking for a local shop whom I can trust and not worry about being taken for a "ride", I am happy to say that I found one in Carracino's. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.

Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. I really appreciate the staff at AAMCO staying to help me out. Car ran great the whole way home. Adam Treiber

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.
