The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.

Islip Transmission blows. They must have dropped the flywheel and damaged it before putting it back in, thinking I wouldnt notice, because now my car wount always start. The teeth on my flywheel are damaged, and these guys don't honor their warranties. Oh, and its my fault, so they wont honor the warranties I guess if your dumb enough to give these guys your money, getting screwed should be expected. I'll never go back, and highly reccomend you choose a better shop, Pat & Tommy are crooks.
