The owner and staff was very helpful.. I needed my windshield replaced front passenger side fender And hood painted and replaced for my Volkswagen CC. My car seriously looked like I had just bought it. They did an amazing job.. I had 5 different quotes in the area and they were by far the best!!! I'm happy I have found a body shop if I ever need to use again!!

We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! They post a lifetime warranty on their web site but that's false. They do not guarantee their work! Had my car fixed there and they refused to fix it without additional charges. Be sure you take a picture of your engine and gas level as they will siphon gas and give you old parts (if your parts are newer). They put an older battery in my car that died withing a week. They'll deny everything, so you'll be stuck with additional repair costs. They made a mistake by repairing my car and thought wrong because I know about cars, just can't perform body work. Beware as this place is NOT reputable. Go elsewhere at all costs!! Gave 1 start because I could not give negative stars.
