Excellent Work, my Car looked brand new. I Would never take my car anywhere else for repairs!!!

We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.

I have been using this Authobody salon for years and won't consider bringing my vehicle anywhere else. It's Crazy! Nobody looks forward to getting into an accident! But if you do! You will love your vehicle even more than you did after the repair than before the accident. ITS THAT GOOD. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS A AND C AUTOBODY MY PERSONAL SIGN OF APPROVAL. A series of recent repairs made on my vehicle by “Bill” had resulted in my having a strong desire to replace my vehicle. Despite the potential monies that Bill Leahy knew he was most likely to make, providing future repairs on my vehicle, he selflessly sacrificed his own personal future financial gains to save me his customer from spending money needlessly. Bill made a personal phone call to a good friend at a Mahwah Honda Dealership, and explained my situation. This whole scenario began on a Saturday. By Monday I was driving out of that same dealership with what I now refer to as “My Miracle Car from God”, a brand new fully loaded 2014 Honda CRV with absolutely no money down. Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!
