This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. Go to Rad Air to get your car work done. 8 years, 4 cars, multiple tires, emergencies and routine maintenance are why I confidently say to just go to Rad Air in Fairlawn. I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked .
