They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.
