The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

I saw negative reviews of this place and thought they may just be isolated incidents. I should have gone with my gut feeling, that was mistake #1. I dropped my BMW 650 off on Wednesday evening for an appointment on Thursday morning. That was mistake #2. I stopped by later on Thursday to see what was going on with the diagnosis but my car was no where to be seen. After asking where it was and waiting about 10 minutes I was told it was parked out front, it wasn't, I looked. A few minutes later one of the "technicians" was pulling in with it. Ok, fine road test I get it. They say they can't find any coolant leaks and that it's not leaking, trust me, it's leaking. Ok fine, I pick the car up and notice they put 131 miles on it. I called Carey the owner and he didn't even deny it. He told me they drove it to Mentor for an "extensive road test" to see if it would leak. Are you kidding me? They were even dumb enough to leave a receipt in the car from Painesville which is a LONG way from Parma Heights. The funniest thing about this whole cluster is that the owner thinks or at least acts like this is completely normal. I said, "it's funny how a BMW dealer doesn't do this". He replied that he knew BMW techs that will road test a car to Columbus. Seriously? He's delusional. Well at any rate, they used my car to joyride and most likely never even looked at it. They said it's probably leaking from a loose expansion tank cap, if that were true it would be leaking from the top, not the bottom as it's and coolant would be down the tank and it's not. Funny how BMW found the problem in 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra bucks and go to a reputable shop unless you want your car used like Ferris Buehlers Day Off. You've been sufficiently warned.

I just want to say my family and I use Rainbow Muffler on Northfield Road in Maple Hts. all the time because of the great customer service and good work Mark and his staff provide us. Not one time did we have to go back to take our cars for work undone, whatever the problem was Mark made sure it was taken of as well as his workers. I always recommend people to go see him. Mark takes his time to explain things to you without rushing to get you out the door. Me, my wife and my son have used Rainbow muffler for years and have known Mark for several years. I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.

This guy Bruce the owner is a scam artist I took my car there to be repaired because it wasn’t running right he charge me 400 Dollars to repair rebuild the carburetor apparently that wasn’t it when he told me my car was running fine I came and it wouldn’t start we went back-and-forth with this for a couple weeks the same thing he would not return my money at all and the last time I pick my car up and brought it home it will not start as of To this day He will not refund my money or anything mechanics was really nice it’s a parent he don’t care about his customers nor his staff My car is in the garage and won’t start
