This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. If you need automotive work-extensive or minor, GO THERE! You won't be sorry.

I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I used a rental for the time they fixed my car my wheel bearing was the problem they fixed that and aligned the car I then recieved my car and noticed that my car was veering to the right I called the next day(friday) and I was told that they use lasers to align and the tires needed to be switched and I needed to make an appointment mon or Tues I called back on Monday and they could not get me in then tried to schedule an appointment for sat and was told he was booked for 3 Saturdays so I asked if I drop car off on Thursday use rental till Friday so they can fix their mistake I got no we will have to charge you for rental I just want them to fix the mistake he told me it will take 15mins but I needed to make an appointment to fix their error BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . Again he helped me make the decision to use them.. The price was right and the workmanship was good. I will use them again and tell my friends about them. Theresa B

Don't believe this sites limited information. Columbia Cook Sunoco IS open saturdays and sundays. Also, they service all brands and have state of the art diagnostic and repair equipment. Best part you can get your gas, propane and free air for your tires!

Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.

Powertrain Automotive was established June 11, 2007. This family owned and operated repair facility is located at 28910 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio. After twenty three years in the same location, retiring owner Steve Combaj sold his repair facility known as Universal Mechanic to lead technician David Kozlowski. It was then that the name was changed and Powertrain Automotive was born. David is an ASE Certified Technician with over twenty years experience in the mechanical repair field. It took years of planning and a lot of hard work to make this automotive repair facility a reality. Better yet there is a lot more to come! Our biggest goals are turning out a quality repair job as well as customer satisfaction.

We've been taking our cars to Swedish Solutions for years, and have always found helpful, and caring people who deservedly have earned our trust. Would recommend to anyone!
