I took my high miles Honda motor to Performance Clinic to have a basic rebuild done, trying to get it back to near-stock conditions. When I got the motor back and put it into my car, nothing, and I mean NOTHING, worked properly unless it was something I had done myself. When I added fluids, they immediately started leaking out of the head gasket. I checked the torque on all of the head bolts and they were all correct, meaning that the guys at PC didn't level the head and block deck properly. I tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. Come to find out they installed the timing belt with the crank shaft 180 degrees out of time. When I called to talk to them about this, their response was "Well, we didn't know you wanted us to time it too." Maybe it's just me, but if you're installing a timing belt on an engine, you make sure the crank is in time with the cams. When I went to install the intake manifold, I discovered that most of the studs were not installed properly and began to pull out when tightening the nuts to the recommended torque. The list goes on and on. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. They charged me nearly $2500 to ruin my engine.

I had my truck towed to this company on last week by AAA. Once they received the truck I called them to see if they looked at the truck and the gentle men told me it would be $85 to check the truck. I told them okay, go ahead with the service. The next day my husband called and they told me we had a bad battery (we had just purchased a new battery two days prior to getting the truck towed) and in order to do any type of service we would have to pay $800 dollar. After hearing them tell us we need to provide them with $800 to do any type of service we wanted to know what types of service they was going to perform. The next day we went to the shop and the lady at the desk called one of the mechanics upfront to explain to us what service he was going to perform and he couldn't tell us anything other then we needed to give them $800 before they could do anything. Meanwhile we took the bad battery back to the shop and the man informed us that the battery was fine, not sure who to believe we received a second opinion. And the outcome was the same GOOD BATTERY. At this point we had to find someone else to look at our truck and was charged a $41 storage fee by Charlie's and then our truck got towed to the wrong shop. I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS but you have to for the review. I'm writing this review just for people to BEWARE!

My experience was AMAZING with Evan's. They are professional and so prompt. They got me right in and gave me continuous updates. Also, they seem very affordable, I have been ripped off by my dealership before and I trust these guys. Evan himself even shuttled me back to work, which was so nice not having to ask someone or worry. I am from out of town and now have a go-to car shop! I would highly recommend them :)

Was quoted over $1,100 to replace an alternator on my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. Was told the price for the alternator was $600+. When I questioned John the mechanic about the price and told him a new one on Atlantic British was $290, he told me their shop won't compete with on-line discount part supplier. On top of that, 5 hours for labor at $500. If anyone knows Disco's, replacing the alternator is the most accessible part on the engine. So disappointed in the quote, I paid $125 for the diagnosis and towed my car to another mechanic. These guys are despicable. Avoid at all cost.

I went to Ziegler's Auto Sales to purchase a second vehicle. The full down payment for the 2005 Honda Odyssey was $1500.00. I put $1000.00 down payment on the vehicle on 3/04/17. The first car payment of $280.00 and first half of down payment $250.00 was due on 4/01/17. I lost my job on 3/31/17. I am the only one supporting a family of 5 because my husband, John, is not able to work because of his medical issues. I called Ziegler's Auto Sales on 4/01/17 to inform them of my situation. I was told to bring the vehicle back to their lot. John and I brought the vehicle back to the lot on 4/01/17. When Ziegler Auto Sales received the keys to the vehicle. We were told "NO REFUNDS"!! We were upset with the outcome but left the lot peacefully. Mr. Ziegler was pressuring us to buy the vehicle by telling us "He had a lot of people wanting the vehicle and it may not be on the lot on Monday March 6. We test drove the vehicle and the driver side passenger door was not working. Mr. Ziegler said he would order the parts to fix the door. I would like Ziegler Auto Sales to refund my $1000.00 down payment to me. I feel that this car lot should not profit off of my situation. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 4/05/17. I received an email from BBB that as of 5/02/17, Ziegler's Auto Sales ignored my complaint. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office on 5/10/17. Ziegler's Auto Sales has not agreed to resolve my complaint from their response dated 7/10/17. My complaint filed with the Ohio Attorney's Office will be retained in their complaint file and may be used to identify patterns of bad business practices.
