Suburban service near Fairborn, OH

The staff and service was outstanding.

Not all automotive shops will even attempt to repair a Cadillac. Called Jeff's, was given an immediate appointment and an immediate repair. How very professional and friendly this shop is. No wonder they have such a successful business. Not to mention the very reasonable cost of the repair. My Cadillac has a new doctor! Thank you Dana and all the guys!

This place surprised me a bit. All I needed was to have the horn replaced, but I found a popular small, family owned automotive business. It seems they've been in business for a long time and are fully ingrained in the neighborhood. The service time and cost was very reasonable. The attitude was welcoming and customer oriented...I was offered home made chocolate chip cookies that another customer dropped off..it seems this is a usual practice. :) I didn't have a chance to wonder when my car was going to be completed nor did I feel like I had to worry about exorbitant prices. I'd definitely go there first if my car needs service

I called for a quote on a timing belt and water pump. They gave it to me right away and set up an appointment for the next day. It was ready when promised and was what they quoted. It also came with a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty. This is a family owned business that has been here for 20 years. (and I just now found them) I'll be back.

At this time we do not do air conditioning, transmission repair or RV Service at this location. We do offer RV service at the family owned location in Xenia, OH.
