Not all automotive shops will even attempt to repair a Cadillac. Called Jeff's, was given an immediate appointment and an immediate repair. How very professional and friendly this shop is. No wonder they have such a successful business. Not to mention the very reasonable cost of the repair. My Cadillac has a new doctor! Thank you Dana and all the guys!

My check engine light came on over the weekend, which also caused a problem with acceleration, seemed there was no power and my car would slow down all by itself. Called Jeff’s first thing Monday morning and spoke with Dana and was advised to have it towed in. When I got there they were very busy. They were able to give me a loaner as this is our only car. They had time that day to find out what the problem was, and called with an estimate for the repairs. The work was completed the following afternoon. Now as luck would have it, my daughter and grandchildren were visiting from Wisconsin and her car also broke down this same weekend. Her car was also repaired, and available by Thursday. We had made dinner plans with family for Tuesday so I was going to have a hard time picking up my car, or I was going to have to miss dinner with the family. I was told no problem with keeping the loaner until Wednesday morning. The service is exceptional as is the experience that I was made to feel like my plans with my out of town family were important. This is my second time having my car serviced here, I just moved here from Maryland, and I will continue to be customer. I was made to feel very welcome from the first time I walked in the door and it continues with each visit. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Am new to the area and my gas door would not open. I looked up auto repair online and chose Jeff’s because of all the wonderful reviews. I was not disappointed. They got my gas door opened and diagnosed the problem. It would need additional work, also I had an oil leak which was an ongoing problem as it seemed to be intermittent. They found the problem. I got an estimate for the work needed, I made an appointment to have the problems repaired. The gas door was a sensor issue. I also needed my tires rotated and realignment done. Also, since this is our only vehicle they gave me a loaner to use. Everyone was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable about the issues, and repaired within the time frame promised. They made me feel very welcome to the area.

Great Mechanic Experience!
I took my 2013 Ford Explorer in for a service light indicator (after taking it to the dealership, spending $273, and the light coming back on in 3 days). Jeff's checked over the entire vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for a reasonable price. They also gave me a professional print out showing the current wear on the main components. It was really helpful for me especially with budgeting for things down the road. I will only take my truck to Jeff's from now on because I trust them and they do a thorough job. Leighanne M. Logan, OH
