I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I used a rental for the time they fixed my car my wheel bearing was the problem they fixed that and aligned the car I then recieved my car and noticed that my car was veering to the right I called the next day(friday) and I was told that they use lasers to align and the tires needed to be switched and I needed to make an appointment mon or Tues I called back on Monday and they could not get me in then tried to schedule an appointment for sat and was told he was booked for 3 Saturdays so I asked if I drop car off on Thursday use rental till Friday so they can fix their mistake I got no we will have to charge you for rental I just want them to fix the mistake he told me it will take 15mins but I needed to make an appointment to fix their error BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went in for 2 repairs. The first repair was done fine. The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.

I took my car there to have it diagnosed. The car was startable and I drove it there they put a skin on it called me said it was ignition module wanted to charge me $500 I told them I would bring it home and fix it myself but when I went to get the car that night it wouldn't even fire and they charged me $110 to tell me it was ignition module which it wasn't that did not fix the problem when I put a new one on so they charged me $110 for nothing and cost me a total charge I would not recommend them to anybody

Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.
