Excellent service! My check engine light came on, Oreilles and the dealer told me it was my oil pressure switch. The dealer said they would need it for 3-4 days. Shaw's was able to have my jeep done the very next day. The guy at the counter was great, and the owner Steve made it a point to come talk to me. Overall I am very happy, and will be back for all my future needs!

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I used a rental for the time they fixed my car my wheel bearing was the problem they fixed that and aligned the car I then recieved my car and noticed that my car was veering to the right I called the next day(friday) and I was told that they use lasers to align and the tires needed to be switched and I needed to make an appointment mon or Tues I called back on Monday and they could not get me in then tried to schedule an appointment for sat and was told he was booked for 3 Saturdays so I asked if I drop car off on Thursday use rental till Friday so they can fix their mistake I got no we will have to charge you for rental I just want them to fix the mistake he told me it will take 15mins but I needed to make an appointment to fix their error BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
