My wife was given a 2004 Lexus ES300 by her mother. It had sat for about year before my wife started driving it. Although the car was in great shape we soon learned that it needed a brak job. We took it to a dealership in Delaware, Ohio and were given an estimate of almost 1/2 the cars value. I decided to go online and look for another mechanic in the Delaware area. Boy was I glad I did. I read a bunch of reviews about James Church and his staff at Oxford Automotive and decided to contact him to discuss our issues. He was very careful to not badmouth the dealership I took the car to, which was clearly due to his Faith. He suggested I bring the car in and he would give us PT Crusier rental car for a set one time price that is equal to a daily price from rental agencies. Long story short, he was able to fix all of our issues and them some and still save us over $500 from what the dealership was quoting. He also made suggestions as to what might be needed in the future but never once pushed to have it done immediately. The entire staff we dealt with was so nice and proefssional which was quite refreshihng. This is one place that does business the old fashioned way and we were so appreciative of the honesty and quality of work. Thanks so much James, and also thank your staff for us!

I had Met Jon Ketchum though my work. I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs. Upon the repairs they were more than honest on the time they had spent to perform the repairs. IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! If you could rate them more than five stars i would rate them TEN STARS!!!If you are looking for custom work ,my advice is DO NOT take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! They were excellent. They were early and didn't even bother me at work. They came to get the car, did it, and I wrote them a check. The price was reasonable and I was impressed by their responsiveness.

There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The business owners are the absolute most generous people. I would recommend them for any issue you have for body work. They pulled my bumper away from my wheel well so we could drive our car home after being in an accident on the interstate. To top it off, the wouldn't take payment for the labor. Wonderful business. I am always satisfied with the work. The shop is very communicative, fast and affordable.

These guys are liars and crooks! I took my car in for a simple oil change with a tire rotation. They told me I need to have all of my brakes and rotors and calipers replaced for $800.00. By the way, they did this 2 years ago when I went in for an oil change. 2 years ago, my buddy and I reaplced the back brakes because we heard something wrong. The oil change was literally 6 months later when they told me the brakes needed to be redone. So my 6 month old brakes needed to be replaced. This time, I obviously knew better so told them to put my car back together and not to touch anything. Well, my buddy and I got the brakes and rotors at Advanced Auto parts who apparantly sells some parts to Midas. So I took the car there because I was within the warranty period on the back brakes. They said they looked good, but because Midas was a client of theirs and recommended replacement, they would warranty the parts out. We replaced both the front and rear brakes yesterday and I took the parts back to Advanced to get reimbursed. They said there was literally nothing wrong with them as did my friend. He also suggested that their particular store has stopped doing business with Midas because of these practices. As a kicker, I did have Midas replace the fronts about 5 years ago (which I negotiated about $100 off the price they quoted) and when I went in for that first oil change they told me I needed all new brakes. I reminded them they had just done the fronts about a year ago and they said, oh yeah just the backs need to be replaced. This time they said the calipers needed to be replaced and when I questioned them they said they just needed to be cleaned. This place will lie, cheat, and take advantage of you at any opportunity. Also, note that when they guarantee brake pads for life, brake pads are $25....they do not give free service to put them on so you will still pay another $100 for the service fee and deal with all of the above telling you all

I will never bring my suv to them again. They lied about what needed to be done, and they also messed around with the axels towards the rear of the vehicle. Plus they over charge and lied about the amount I owed. This is the worst company in the world, I would suggest not going not even for an oil change. An single women beware because they will try and convenience you that your vehicle is falling apart. My last visit they tried to tell me that I needed stocks for the front of the vehicle. I went to the dealer ship and they said no way their is nothing wrong with the stocks. Midas is the worst.
