Service Provided
There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

Have been using Weber for over a year, they are honest, and very professional,prices are very reasonable. The only shop I trust with my car is Weber Rd.

The day my son introduced me to Weber Road auto, is one of the best days of my life. I do not know anything about cars!?? However, the best quality that Weber Road has for me, is the trust they show me and taking care of my cars!!! It is one less worry in my life because I know I will always be treated fairly, prices are very competitive, customer care is outstanding and their knowledge about cars is spectacular!!! I really appreciate them --its awesome to see a family working together like that -- it is awesome to see black entrprenuership stiving like they do for excellence theyre honest and fair hands down -- they work with you - they go the extra when they really dont have to you may think they are --"a little high sometimes"-- but honestlyeven so, it is worth it AND supporting them supports my community and ive gone to them for the last 10 or so years -- have NEVER questioned whether or not I 'got GOT.' never

Unbelievable Customer Service
Incredible service like we've never seen or experienced. They stayed open an extra 2 hours to repair our car since we were out of town. They even provided dinner for us after being on the side of the highway for over two hours. Who does that? Unbelievable experience following a long ordeal. They are a nice family that cares for others in ways that are rarely seen anymore these days. Highly recommend anyone to have your car serviced there. Roseanne F.

5 Star Service and Staff
I’ve used Weber road auto service for I would say a year now for different things including post-accident repairs, normal inquiries about a strange sound in my car and new tires. I don’t know why it just dawned on me today but this place is extremely incredible. Some things I most appreciate is their speed of service. they value your time. I feel like a priority even when there are several others who are getting service when I am there. I also feel like their administrator, I think her name is Shawna, is extremely bright, intelligent and knows how to break things down so people who are not as knowledgeable about cars know what is going on with there. She always goes the extra mile to ask how I am doing. She also always ensures I understand what is going on with my car. She also makes sure she is giving me the best deal financially. Eric and all their staff also seem to know what they are doing. I’ve never experienced such kind of customer service anywhere else. I trust them with my car. If I ever move away from Columbus I will definitely miss this place! Chelsea Appiah
