Incredible service like we've never seen or experienced. They stayed open an extra 2 hours to repair our car since we were out of town. They even provided dinner for us after being on the side of the highway for over two hours. Who does that? Unbelievable experience following a long ordeal. They are a nice family that cares for others in ways that are rarely seen anymore these days. Highly recommend anyone to have your car serviced there.

I’ve used Weber road auto service for I would say a year now for different things including post-accident repairs, normal inquiries about a strange sound in my car and new tires. I don’t know why it just dawned on me today but this place is extremely incredible. Some things I most appreciate is their speed of service. they value your time. I feel like a priority even when there are several others who are getting service when I am there. I also feel like their administrator, I think her name is Shawna, is extremely bright, intelligent and knows how to break things down so people who are not as knowledgeable about cars know what is going on with there. She always goes the extra mile to ask how I am doing. She also always ensures I understand what is going on with my car. She also makes sure she is giving me the best deal financially. Eric and all their staff also seem to know what they are doing. I’ve never experienced such kind of customer service anywhere else. I trust them with my car. If I ever move away from Columbus I will definitely miss this place!
