All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be e... read more All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be engineer named Pat Smith. Pat uses customer cars as his personal cars while in for service. They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.

Tom explains what the problem is and gives you advice and various solutions to fix the problem. He has NEVER charged more than he quoted and is usually a little bit less than the quote. I highly recommend Jacobs Auto Services for any service! They are GREAT!!!!
