I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. Dropped the car off for a radio and speaker install took them over 5 hours, bring the car home and the front passenger door wouldn't unlock, took it back next day to get it fixed and to get the alarm installed dropped it off at noon didnt get the car back until after 7! Got the car home and the car would remote start but u could open the door and drive away with NO key! Parking lights wouldnt work a couple other probs as well. Took it back and it took another 8 hours to fix that. Waiting to see what else is wrong... Go elsewhere. Please. Ghetto run by hoodrats
