Fraud Rebate Sales: This locations uses rebates as a tool to seel you tires but the rebates are rejected as they are not for the tires they sell you. Neither ntb credit or the store manager will credit my account even though through many and repeated attempts with calls and emails. The store manager took my credit card info to credit the account but has not done so. It has been 10 months with no resolution to this practice. Buyer Beware of shady selling practices with rebates at this location.

Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest

Jonny is Rick' s nephew who runs the shop now and he can do anything! $150 for rear gear set up, but you have to bring in the whole axle. Engine work is their primary trade and I see his crew working hard every time I'm there. They are a good humored bunch of guys too.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. If you need automotive work-extensive or minor, GO THERE! You won't be sorry.

The manager Richard here is a very kind man who filled all my tires with air at no charge while i waited in the sitting area. They were very busy but he still took the 10 minutes to help me out. I returned that evening to have him plug the tire for me, and they again fit me in when they were extremely busy. I will return here for all my services now.

I had my car in several times over the years for different maintenance services. Each time I was impressed with the fast and professional work that was done. Todd who is the owner would personally look over all work done and explain to me what was done and what may be needed in the future. There were never any pressure sales and their prices are very reasonable and fair. I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Extreme Quality Car Care is a great auto shop! The price for the job was cheaper than anyone else! It was even cheaper than my regular mechanic!
