Brake repair service near Painesville, OH

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! I pilled in this sunoco to buy gas but was unable because this store dose not take credit cards. I had no problem taking my business else where ,but the way the store owner talk to me with no respect was unacceptable. I belive this man to be the owner of this gas station and I have to say that I'm boycotting this gas station forever and I'm sending a letter to Sunoco about how this owner is trashing the name of Sunoco.

This guy Bruce the owner is a scam artist I took my car there to be repaired because it wasn’t running right he charge me 400 Dollars to repair rebuild the carburetor apparently that wasn’t it when he told me my car was running fine I came and it wouldn’t start we went back-and-forth with this for a couple weeks the same thing he would not return my money at all and the last time I pick my car up and brought it home it will not start as of To this day He will not refund my money or anything mechanics was really nice it’s a parent he don’t care about his customers nor his staff My car is in the garage and won’t start
