I had Met Jon Ketchum though my work. I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs. Upon the repairs they were more than honest on the time they had spent to perform the repairs. IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! If you could rate them more than five stars i would rate them TEN STARS!!!If you are looking for custom work ,my advice is DO NOT take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! My wife was given a 2004 Lexus ES300 by her mother. It had sat for about year before my wife started driving it. Although the car was in great shape we soon learned that it needed a brak job. We took it to a dealership in Delaware, Ohio and were given an estimate of almost 1/2 the cars value. I decided to go online and look for another mechanic in the Delaware area. Boy was I glad I did. I read a bunch of reviews about James Church and his staff at Oxford Automotive and decided to contact him to discuss our issues. He was very careful to not badmouth the dealership I took the car to, which was clearly due to his Faith. He suggested I bring the car in and he would give us PT Crusier rental car for a set one time price that is equal to a daily price from rental agencies. Long story short, he was able to fix all of our issues and them some and still save us over $500 from what the dealership was quoting. He also made suggestions as to what might be needed in the future but never once pushed to have it done immediately. The entire staff we dealt with was so nice and proefssional which was quite refreshihng. This is one place that does business the old fashioned way and we were so appreciative of the honesty and quality of work. Thanks so much James, and also thank your staff for us!

There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.

We were referred to Goodale by another shop that does not do transmission work. We brought in our car and John was incredibly patient and thorough in diagnosing the problems with it. He was more than fair with pricing, and made an honest recommendation on how we should proceed, even though it didn't mean going forward with more work on the car. It was a fantastic experience, and I will absolutely be back with any work. I will also recommend Goodale to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being so honest and thorough.

Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE
