Suspension Problem
They checked my transmission, which I thought was the problem.They did an overall inspection of car and found out I had a suspension problem. A-Team gave me a quote on fixing suspension problem. A-Team was great. They told me what was the problem. Gave me a quote. Told me what they looked at and there were no concerns with the rest of the car.

Transmission Estimate
Take your vehicle somewhere else!!! Not only are they 2 x times cost of any other transmission shop but they also lied about the cost of parts would be. I guess they are not used to customers checking dealership prices and other online companies. I was told that one part alone was $2000, in fact it is $289 online or $500 from the dealership.It was cheaper to have are vehicle towed 2 hours away and have a newer transmission put in. Then when we tries to get reimbursed for a new clutch that was carelessly handled by one of the employees and was worthless they tried passing blame and not owning up to it. Only when a submitted complaint to the BBB was there any interest in making the situation right. By the way, check the BBB for complaints before you choose this place.

Reasonable and will work with me
I have a 2001 Ford Escape and I will always bring it to A Team. They are very courteous people. Understanding, patient, and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend your services to others any time. This was my second time here and it was as wonderful as the first. Reasonable pricing and willingness to work with me on payments. Thank you.

Fixed my transmission, avoided replacement
Great experience. My transmission was bad enough that I knew I shouldn't drive it any further. They picked it up for free and were quick to figure out and repair the problem. Thanks to them I avoided replacing the whole thing and saved a lot of money!

warranty work
They were more than willing to fix the problem even though I was about a week past warranty. I am so thankful they were willing to work with me, and fixed my car again. There are not many companies willing to be so nice.

transmission check
this company tried to rip off my 88 yr old grandmother by telling her that she needed a transmission rebuild when the problem was only a sensor. its companies like this that make the elderly afraid to deal with repair facilities.
