I've been using Stan's Repair since the mid-90s. I get excellent service and friendly personable service. Stan's Repair has taken care of mine and my wife's used 1991 Escorts and after we replaced them with brand new 2003/2004 Honda Accords. Stan will replace what need replacing and repair/clean up what he can without charging for new parts. Stan's takes care of all my families vehicles which run the gamut from Chevys,Fords, Hondas, and even a Volkswagen and a Kia Soul. In fact as I'm writing this review now, I'm waiting for Stan to come back from lunch to make and appointment for my two cars for this years check-up.

This repair shop is great!!! They are upfront and honest in servicing only what the customer needs in their repairs. They listen to your concerns and when in servicing your car they keep you up to date in the cost and why it is needed. Their charges are very fair and completive. called for quote on replacing 02 oxygen sensors on my 1997 bmw 740il. was quoted as a hourly rate of $69.50. as shown on the wall in there office. so they replaced my oxygen sensors which took about 1 hour. I was charged a total of $157.00 shows on my copy of bill of $75.00 an hour what happened to the $69.50 an hour. I timed the mechanic and it only took 1 hour but the bill would reflect 2 hours. this is not right and would suggest you get an estimate in writing before you have them work on you vehicle. this shop is affiliated with a church.

I received quotes for both repairs: $143.00 and $1200.00 to replace A/C compressor. We had received quotes for the A/C at 2 other companies. To my surprise, John called to say there wasn't a problem with my window! They had repeatedly opened and closed the window without it sticking. He told me he could replace the motor if wanted him to, but there wasn't a reason to. Later that day, John called once again. The A/C Freon was very low! He filled the freon and I drove away with an $80.00 bill. Furthermore, John told me if the A/C stopped working within the next 2 weeks, he would replace the compressor and deduct the $80.00 from the bill. How's that!! An honest and trustworthy mechanic!!
