Brian is a great guy who won't try to scare you into repairs you don't need, and will give you the best price in town. His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive. I plan to go back many times over the next few months to get my 13 year old car in tip top order again! He absolutely has a new loyal customer in me!

Told pump seals needed replaced and some other seals. I requested a speedometer gear change since I had rear end gears put in. Transmission still leaks out of rear. I was given a sleeve to put in the yoke for me to install myself. No offer to fix it after I was charged $600.00. Futhermore after recently changing my transmission crossmember for a dual exhaust , I see no evidence that the transmission was ever removed. Pretty much impossible to fix pump seals without removing the transmission. Furthermore my speedometer quits working when it reaches a certain speed and is still off by 10 mph.I also see no evidence of the “speedometer adapter he supposedly installed.

The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

I have always had excellent service form C&T. They are on time and competitive is costs. There is a reason they have been around so long.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE SERVICE PERFORMED ON MY TRUCK WAS THE WORST. I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN FOR REPAIRS. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN THE ALLOTTED TIME TO FIX MY VEHICLE. LONG STORY SHORT, MY VEHICLE BROKE DOWN AGAIN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD THEM FIX. THEY TOLD ME DON'T WORRY CAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEY FIXED IT THEN IT BROKE DOWN 2 DAYS LATER FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS TIME WHEN I TOOK IT BACK THEY EXPRESSED THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THEM TO FIX IT AGAIN. SO I GUESS I PAID THEM FOR NOTHING BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MECHANICS SHOP TO FIX MY TRUCK. THE MECHANIC AT THE NEW SHOP SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM AND HOW CITYWIDE TRANSMISSION HAD ONLY PUT 2 OF 6 SCREWS IN. OF COURSE IT WOULDN'T LAST CAUSE ONLY 2 SCREWS WERE PRESENT. SO IN ALL I WAS TRYING TO BE SCAMMED TO PAY MORE MONEY. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CITYWIDE TRANSMISSION OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
