Excellent service! My check engine light came on, Oreilles and the dealer told me it was my oil pressure switch. The dealer said they would need it for 3-4 days. Shaw's was able to have my jeep done the very next day. The guy at the counter was great, and the owner Steve made it a point to come talk to me. Overall I am very happy, and will be back for all my future needs!

Brian is a great guy who won't try to scare you into repairs you don't need, and will give you the best price in town. His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive. I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Paid $460 some dollars to have my coolant system checked and "fixed". Drove 5 miles down the road only to have antifreeze spewing out all over. Bought more antifreeze and filled and drive my car to another care repair shop. Paid to have the thermostat housing replaced and MORE antifreeze put in. 3 weeks ago Jimyz's agreed to refund the cost of antifreeze and a pressure check. Called 3 times since the only to be told "the check is in the mail". May need an attorney for this one as I am on a fixed income and this whole experience has been a nightmare!
