They did not even let me know until i inquired as to a couple of dents and damaged antenna. Then i was promptly informed that since it was an act of God i was out of luck! I own a business and we have garage keepers insurance so that no matter what happens when we have a clients vehicle it is covered! What a lousy deal!!!!!!

They are fraudulent in their attempts to collect money for work that isn't completed. Ron Potts RV was contracted to fix several repairs 6 months ago. I recently got a call demanding a credit card number over the phone. They were told that they would be paid upon the work done being inspected. They were told repeatedly that they would be paid in person at the time of pick-up. Again and again they tried to get a credit card number over the phone. So after refusing to pay over the phone sight unseen, I went down to Ron Potts RV. When I get there I am told the leaks that were contracted to be fixed 6 MONTHS previously, had been repaired that day...yes the day they tried repeatedly to get me to pay over the phone and failed. The TV was plugged in...not re-wired and hooked up as was contracted to do. When it was pointed out that the entire area below the bulkhead was wet, I received this little gem of an explanation..."it's just residual moisture" uh huh..I'm scared to think what kind of residual moisture I'm going to see during the next big rain. The leaks had been left sitting for months before being repaired, so the damage to the inside of the RV was that much worse, but since they were only contracted to fix the leaks not the interior, technically they did the work....sorta. I had asked the to replace the switch to the generator, and of course this was also not done. Their explanation..."Oh you wanted that replaced too?" No really, I like the idea of having to crawl under the RV anytime I need to generator to run. They have an F rating from the BBB in Columbus...yes I know shocking isn't it. I did not choose this company, but I have to now deal with their total incompetence,
