Bert handled my service request from start to finish. He kept me updated, was very professional and knowledgeable. After a horrible experience at Jackie Cooper BMW, I ended up going to Executive Garage to get my spark plugs and engine coils replaced. These guys were very friendly and my experience here was fantastic. They even fixed my car for a fraction of the price Jackie Cooper quoted me for. Charley is my go to mechanic when it comes to service on my Volvo. He is reasonably priced, honest and will help you prioritize problems if you can't get them done all at once. I also really appreciate that he lets me know whats coming down the road so I can prepare for service in advance. Don't hesitate to call him!

I took my Challenger to them in January to have the mufflers replaced with a better sounding muffler. I explained to them what I wanted, and that I wanted to keep the resonators on the car for now. After placing the car on the lift, they later admitted that they "assumed" the resonators were the mufflers and replaced them instead. Upon bringing the mistake to their attention, they first wanted to charge me to correct it, but ended up correcting it without additional charge. They did however replace my exhaust tips incorrectly. The left one is not level and stuck out further than the right one. I decided to take it to someone else to have it fixed properly. Don't waste your time with a shop that will operate off of "assumptions".

Do not EVER go to this place!! The owner Don Williamson is a crook. He will over charge you for horrible work. They steal from cars they work on. Don Williamson and his staff are drug addicts who will screw you over!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

After posting a negative review about the attitude, service and unprofessional treatment, I received nasty, personal attacks about my character and body. Truly unbelievable!
