Muffler install

I took my Challenger to them in January to have the mufflers replaced with a better sounding muffler. I explained to them what I wanted, and that I wanted to keep the resonators on the car for now. After placing the car on the lift, they later admitted that they "assumed" the resonators were the mufflers and replaced them instead. Upon bringing the mistake to their attention, they first wanted to charge me to correct it, but ended up correcting it without additional charge. They did however replace my exhaust tips incorrectly. The left one is not level and stuck out further than the right one. I decided to take it to someone else to have it fixed properly. Don't waste your time with a shop that will operate off of "assumptions".
