I give this company a very very excellent rating!! There was a mistake made on my end on the size of a patio and the owner still reordered a new one for me the rite size and took the other one back even though it is very difficult to resale a precut patio. Thank you very much Jones Alluminum !!

I took my 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser to Glassmasters for a front windshield replacement in September of 2012. I had checked prices at three other places and Glassmasters was the least expensive, we left the vehicle there and received a call about an hour later telling us they had damaged the top trim piece and it would have to be replaced but they would need to order it. They also told us this was quite common on the FJ because this trim piece is glued onto the top and is also affixed with clips. We picked up the vehicle, paid for the windshield and took it home with tape on the top, I inspected their work and they had cut the headliner near the top on the interior and also didn't replace the side cowl pieces properly because when they pried them off they broke the clips that lock them into place. The windshield also leaked profusely on the passenger side, they also dented the top of the vehicle trying to pry off the trim piece. I came back two days later for them to install the trim piece and mentioned it to the manager Sonya, she never offered to remedy the damage and basically told me I still had to pay the $250 for the trim piece that they broke installing the windshield, I told her the windshield leaked so they did try to repair that, but now it leaks on the driver's side. Basically they did a horrible job on installation, I would never recommend this business to anyone.
