I called, made an apointment, and he came by the following day. I needed help on two issues, the ac/propane switch on the fridge, and a clog in the grey tank. Over night the switch on the fridge started working again. A good thing. Here's the bad part. On his way to my rig, he stopped by Ace hardware and bought a bottle of drain cleaner for $15.00. He claimed it was three times as strong as Drano. All he did was present me a reciept for the "Drano." And a bill for the service call. He never even looked at the drain or checked anything outside. Nor did he ever plan to look at anything. He said "just pour this down the drain and wait a couple days." "If that don't work then call me back and we'll work something out on the service call." When I said, the reason I called you out here is to clear out a clog in my grey tank. To FIX the problem. His response was, "Hey buddy, this ain't my first rodeo." I agree with him. He is FULL of BULL. It cost me $54.00 for a bottle of drain cleaner. This jerk will gladly charge you the money. He jus will not do the work. And he will lie about it. I have spoken to others about this "RV repair guy. To a man they say the same thing. " He charges the money but does little or nothing to earn it. AVOID THIS RV SERVICE AND THE GUY WHO RUNS IT. I paid for a new engine. After 1.5 years of excuses I had it towed to another mechanic. My blown engine was still in the vehicle. Josh is the owner and lied to me the whole time. He made up stories that he was driving my car and it ran so well. Just before I had it towed he said he could not get the engine to talk to the computer and I was basicly SOL. My vehicle had some missing parts and a broken driver mirror. Josh told me he had cancer in his groin area that is why he was gone so much. I read another review and he had said his daughter had cancer, and she did not. I had to buy another vehicle and I am in the process of going through small claims. DO NOT GO HERE!
