My Girlfriend's car broke down while I was at work and she didn't know who to call, so I called up Victor (owner) who I have now known for 4 years and he sent his Tow Truck to her rescue. That night at dinner all she could talk about was the reasonable price of the tow, the friendly service and how enjoyable her first tow truck ride was.

The work was performed as described and the job was on time and under quotation price. The parts needed were quoted as OEM price or aftermarket price for my selection. Good workmanship and towing service provided.

TERRIBLE experience! Owner/manager does not answer emails, phone calls, voicemails, does not communicate, does not plan or order parts in a timely fashion. He shifts blame to insurance providers, part suppliers. Blamed September's GM Strike for part he didn't order IN JULY! He wants payment up front & then you're stuck! Had my vehicle 14 weeks and still unfinished. Avoid this shop! Wish I could leave zero stars
