My brakes went on Sunday before Memorial Day... got my car towed by Scott of Noble towing to Bobby's that night... on Tuesday, spoke with Bobby for the first time then spoke to his wife Robin... both are incredibly kind (understatement)!!! Got my car back on Wednesday!! I have a very strict budget (another understatement)... Bobby didn't make repairs he didn't have to, let me know about how long I could go until I needed to make the other repairs, both he & Robin treated me like a human being rather than cash in their pocket and on top of all that I'm driving a safe car!!! Amazing ethics!!

If I can see a zero on here, i would be rating this place a zero so others be aware. Am forced to believe that they are very insensitive business people who don't care about their customers. My experience here is annoying and very frustrating, ts a feeling of we have taken your money so what you gonna do about it. I took my car for AC repair they did their so called comprehensive diginosis and gave me a report to fix 3 things totaling to about $1300 or so I asked for a discount and I was given about $75 or so discount I agreed and left my car for repairs a day or 2 later was told to get my car that it's ready for pickup, the so called fixed Ac didn't work well I didnt realize this because following days weather was cool and i was mostly using my other car, my husband was the one who noticed about a week later when he returned home that AC wasn't working we took it back to them and the story changed, THAT NOW the Condenser and 2 other things are bad) that i have to pay another $2500 for it to be fixed. This is crazy and annoying cos Now they want me to pay almost $4000 to fix Ac when i should have just decided otherwise maybe get a new car instead I pleaded with them to be considerate on way forward for my already paid $1235 cos i wasnt going to pay $4000 to fix it and it was their fault that they had 1st done half or miss diginosised my car but they told me its my problem. This is very heartless for a so-called reputable business To treat people like this up to now very hurt cos i convinced my husband about them. After my experience, we further seached for more reviews about the company and found those that are hidden, We realized that others had been treated same way before at this same allied automotive business on Hamilton pa. I will advice you do DEEP reseach on their REVIEWS before fixing your car here. For me, this does not end here because this is not fare and it's pure robbery from innocent hard working people because they think or believe we can't do anything to them so why not?

My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. These guys were great! They fixed several problems on my 99 VW Beetle that the dealer had ignored even after I asked them to check them. A friend told me to take my son's car to Due's Automotive for shocks, so I took the car & explained to Due that it was a $1500 car that my son takes to work & school. I also explained that if the auto needed any work over $400 I would by him another car. I was not going to put anymore money in the car, he called me the next day to tell me the car was ready. I asked him how much would it cost? And he replied $1350 but if I was going to pay him cash it would be $1200. I explained that it was work that I did not want on the car & his reply was the whole front end was in bad shape. I drove and asked to see the the old parts & Mr. Due told he the the trash was already picked up & the old parts where in the dumpster.

I have always been thoroughly satisfied with Precision Engine each time I have visited to have my cars assessed and fixed. Frank worked on my 2000 wagon this time. He did an excellent job. Car runs very nicely and was fluttering and blowing blue smoke when I brought it in! Dustin worked on my 1971 classic car and is also an excellent mechanic. I feel very fortunate to have Precision Engine nearby.

I just went there to get my car inspected on a couple weeks ago. They failed my car for my muffler and the rubber bushings in my control arms. I took it to my regular mechanic in NJ and NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR!! Meineke wanted to charge me almost $1000 to fix nothing. I will never go there again for anything. All they want to do is rip you off. DON'T GO THERE!!

SCAMMERS and THIEVES. Called reception asked “how much to change break pads, labor only because I have Autozone pads” was told $130. Told them I’ll be there in 40min, male reception said OK. Come there, wait an additional 30 minutes, the male receptionist finally shows up, gets my car or the lift and I wait another 30 minutes. Receptionist finally gives me the bill breakdown, mind you they haven’t even started on the car, with price tag of $160 for FRONT break pads and another $160 for BACK break pads, with mandatory purchase/installation of THEIR OWN front rotors. I tell them “over the phone I was quoted $130, and I’ll be back in 10 minutes with my own front rotors.” At that moment the receptionist FREAKS OUT. He starts screaming at me and my 70 year old mother, saying stuff like “YOU PEOPLE” and “PEOPLE LIKE YOU” (racist much?) “always do this, I can’t stand you, maybe I don’t even want to do this job”. So I said no worries, I’ll go elsewhere. He began arguing with me, called me stupid for not knowing I needed rotors, said he’s been “in the (scamming?) business for many years” so I stood there politely listening to his nonsense, and then said “I just want to mention that I failed state inspection 3 days prior, for the reason of “low break pads”. He got embarrassed, turned red and stopped talking. He charged me $60 for putting the car on the lift, oh and when I was leaving, one of the mechanics “conveniently forgot” to put back in my car a brand new car part “Tie Rod End” that I also purchased at Autozone to be changed at a later time. Did he forget, or did he steal and was hoping we won’t notice? You decide. Thanks for reading.

Made my day! With 3 kids I have no extra time or $ to spare. My car wouldn t start and I had get to work. I called around and was told I should try to get a jump. No one was available and I was stuck. I called T.C. Tire & Auto and the mechanic came to my house jump started my car. He checked out my car and told me I needed a battery.
