Brake repair service near Carlisle Barracks, PA

There's a front desk guy name Jeff K that works at Camp Hill Tireplus, he probably has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. He not only has no clue what he's doing, he does nothing to serve the customers. I've been there a few time with friends and each time he is there, we have had a horrible experience with him. Today we were waiting for one particular service from him and instead of telling us what's the next step, knowing that we were waiting on the counter, I saw him take his lunch, went to his car and drove off. I can give you more examples but I already wasted 6+ hours today there for nonsense. I have no idea how be was able to obtain the job in the first place. We left disappointed each time with him so I will never come back here again and will not recommend it to anyone else either. I don't care if you're gonna publish this review or not but, someone has to talk to this guy and teach him some customer service skills/lesson.

9/13/12 Just had my 05 Tahoe in to this auto repair station and I can not say enough about how well I was treated from beginning to end. I originally made an appointment to have the truck inspected and I also was having an issue with the truck pulling to the right, so I asked to have the truck alligned. The owner, Andy Noon, told me he would check and when I went to pick the truck up, all he needed to do was to rotate the tires (NO CHARGE) I am new to the area and was a bit nervous going to a new mechanic due to an experience I recently had with my audi, but I feel as though I was treated so well, and honestly, that I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here and I have no problem with recomending this shop to others. If your reading this review, you should trust a very satisfied customer and give these great guys a chance! Respectfully, David Barth

We received an estimate from another garage. THe other garage indicated we needed well over a thousand dollars of repairs and new parts. We took it to Don's Performance Corner. $83.41 to be looked at and told the other garage was way out of line. Nearly everything the other garage said was false. Thank you Don & Cindy Reem and the rest of the staff!

bait and switch before I got there and got a flat 5 days later. It was discovered they installed the tire backwards, didn't seal it properly, stripped a lug nut and didn't tighten the cap on another so it's now missing. Total inconvenience and hassle. Not worth it and was too pricey to begin with. Will never go back.

Good team of mechanics for general repairs on passenger vehicles. I've been using their services for 10+ years and never had a reason to go anywhere else. Their diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are top-notch. They do a good job communicating with their customers and have built a good clientele over the years. their prices are fair and the work completed as promised. No Saturday hours :-(
