The guys, Steve and Ed, at the STS in Feasterville were great! I had brought my car in for a state inspection and was informed the front rotors had failed. I had recently done the pads myself, and they were completely honest with me and suggested replacing the pads either way so I didn't have any further issues. Because of there honesty I agreed to have everything they had suggested, done. It was done in no time! Its the employees like this that make this company stand out! Excellent customer service skills and definitely know the industry (because I sure don't!) I definitely suggest going to STS for your repairs! I sure will be returning! Thanks guys!

I had an alignment done on my vehicle about 10 days ago. During the alignment, the mechanic broke off a piece of my front grill while opening the hood of my car. I noticed the damage 5 days later. There is a fresh break on we're the missing silver piece was on my grill. Sears took pictures and then told me they would not take responsibility for the damage. The repair will cost $60. They have poor work ethics there. If you do decide to get there, check your entire vehicle before you leave. I am speaking to corporate tomorrow.

Awesome guys at Cartech! Mike and Rich treat you like family. A great deal of experience between the two of them and they keep a clean shop which in that line of work is hard to do. I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
