Auto inspection service near Frederick, PA

Fabulous job and very reasonable price to repair them.

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

We take both our cars there and they are great and fast and do good work been going to them for almost 3 yrs.

Awesome customer service and fabulous prices. These guys go above and beyond for whatever you need. Its hard to find a great mechanic these days and I'm glad I can be at ease now knowing if there's a car issue, "BAM" just call Lew's in Coatesville. Thanks Lew for you and your team.
