Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

Josh was professional and prioritized the job that could be done in the few days we had. After confirming the cost, he put on all new brakes, replaced new battery, and pulled apart the door to diagnose a problem with the locks that was very tricky. He also did complete inspection, gave me a good overview of the car, and didn't come up with any unexpected issues. It's a nice, clean shop that seems like it can handle all kinds of Jaguar repairs. The prices were low and it was 100% worth it.
