Retail tire service near Levittown, PA

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. Always outstanding service when I take all my cars there.

I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

Had an emergency over a weekend. Called on a Monday morning. Don got me in, fixed the issues, and I'm safe on the road again. Couldn't have gone better! Thank you!

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. This shop is unkept, dirty, and the staff refused to wait on us had us waiting and asking for their service, they and blew us off and refused to sell us tires. The state/borough and county needs to come to do an inspection of this shop, there appears to be some shady people hanging around this shop, a man spent a lot of time asking me what church I belonged to and trying to send us off elsewhere. I say buyer BEWARE!

HORRIBLE management and HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure to stop in if you'd love to get a slashed tire, and a whole lot of attitude from the staff! Manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers, and then made me pay full price again for a tire 3 days after I got a deflating one from them.. Oh and opened 3 hours late, and made me wait 2 hours on top of that while they helped everyone else pulling up before me. About as ghetto as their name sounds. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies.
