Auto glass repair service near Morrisville, PA

Owner is a jerk with no respect for customer's time. Tried to set up appointment for several weeks only for owner to schedule, then cancel, or tell me he needed to call me back to confirm, then never bothered to do so. I was always very polite when I called, even when I was thoroughly annoyed at shoddy treatment I received to that point. Final straw was the last time I tried to call when the owner hung up on me after I said who was calling. Completely ignorant and disrespectful for no reason. I wanted to give the guy my business b/c he quoted me a decent price, but I'd rather pay a little more to have someone who knows how to keep a simple appointment. Can't speak to technical skills, but customer service is horrendous. Do business with only if you like wasting your time and being treated as unimportant.

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

If there is a NEGATIVE rating then these people definitely deserve it!! I will not be surprise if they go out of business shortly. I ordered and prepaid in full for expensive doors back in october and finally got an appointment scheduled to install my doors in late December. Oh it gets even better......NOT only did they completely Failed to fulfill their agreement to do the work on the date mutually required of them, after the fact... they even show no sense of remorse for being very rude, uncaring, unprofessional, and most of all totally incompetent. Please heed this warning and don't even give these people a chance to screw you over, because screw you over they definitely will for sure! Never at anytime do they realize or admit that a customer's time is equally as important as theirs. They are in control not the consumer no matter what. More importantly, one would think that upon receiving payment their attitude and diligence would improve, but it is Never ever the case with respects to this crappy and ill staffed Company! STAY AWAY CONSUMERS BE FOREWARNED!!!
