Brake repair service near Oxford, PA

I get four cars serviced at J&L for everything and I have never had a reason to question their ethics, honesty, or workmanship. I have found that there pricing has always been fair and they will look for ways to save you money on parts and they never double dip on labor. That is charging you for the same task twice. For instance if you get your timing belt changed you should also replace your water pump. Most placing will look in the book and charge you labor on each task when in reality labor for removing the belt is loaded into both repairs. J&L will not take advantage of that situation. I am not sure what happened with the review above with the oil change but there is no way in my mind that it could have happened the way she says. Sounds more to me about someone looking for a free repair.

Very poor customer service, and the three items cited as issues for failing state inspection turned out to be items that are not taking into consideration to pass or fail MD state inspection.
