Bitner Automotive is a 3rd generation business started in 1958 as a heavy equipment and auto repair service. In the late 1960, the business was grown to include racing and performance engines. We are constantly investing in new technology to improve our services. Over the past 20 years we've added a dynamometer for engine tuning and a crank shaft balancing system to enhance the machine shop. We have a clean and well staffed shop, and our employees are experts in their fields. We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.
