While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

As always they accommodated my needs schedule-wise and did a truly excellent job!

I found this place on Google while looking for a reputable mechanic to bring my car to, as the last 3 places I had tried had given me incorrect diagnosises and tried to over charge me. Long story short, I will never use another mechanic. If there is one word that describes this place best, it's HONEST. The whole staff, from the tow truck driver to the owner, are kind and helpful. I found their ad in St Anne's bulletin. A friend had suggested them. The tech listed what was needed for the inspection and made suggestions for repairs. Even though the cost would be high, I decided to add his suggestions. I'll be back to see them for my wife's car

Last service was for brakes and inspection. Everything was fine. Have been a customer here for over twenty years with as many as three cars in the household and we never had a real problem. Had many different parts replaced and maintenance done and always been happy with the work.

Saved me a lot of money. Just added water and changed my settings. Engine light went away. I am an older lady and may have gotten ripped off if I took it to Firestone.

Have been going to these guys for years. Good, Honest Mechanics that aren't in it to cheat you but just to get you back and keep you on the road.

I've been getting State inspections and Emissions for years.Always thorough and prompt!

Not inpressed. Put brakes and rotors on the car with knowing somethings was wrong with the passanger side braking system. One side was wore down and destroyed the rotor. Had to bring the car back for additional repaires. Lucky, I caught it before the brakes and rotor had to be replaced again. I guess I will go back to the auto repair chains.

Quick inspection of my 2 motorcycles. Thorough, reasonably priced...only shop I could find near Blawnox. Now summer please get here!!

Im not gonna hide the fact i lived in this area and my vehicle was vandalized in this town, i gave people the chance to do the right thing i dont believe a bunch of nosey white people dont know whos shooting peoples cars, i curse glassport and there police department, they did nothing for my cousin who was a victim in this town and there still was pulling him over to give him citations, these guys was terrible it took them a month to look at his car and paul never called him to confirm he had parts, these guys left dents and the forensic team destroyed my cousin interior, no one turns bullcrap crimes into there insurance why should he risk his insurance as a liability turning in his. It vehicle was shot by corrupt people in the clairton and glassport area, if people wasnt cowards they put the guns down. Pauls not a good mechanic. This area is toxic as well. Dont move there or go there the mill is poisoning people in both towns karma comes around.

This shop is very good for service and quick in their service. Excellent mechanics who care about their work.

Refuse to accept valid coupon within expiration date because I had provided my own parts. There is no sign disclosure or mention of this anywhere that providing my own parts made it so I could not use any coupons. I expressed my dissatisfaction but the manager did not care and bragged about owning Mr.Tire. When confronted the attitude I was given not customer friendly! I would recommend to keep looking there are many other auto repair shops less than a block.

I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago from Garzony's and was pleased initially. Recently the brake on the car were making a lot of noise so I took it a friend of the families. He informed me that the brakes and rotors were completely shot and would no way pass an inspection. He also told me there is no way that this could have taken place in the matter of a couple months that I possessed the vehicle. I am appalled that a business would put a customer at risk and compromise ethical standards.
