As always, the service provided was excellent. Arty is always very helpful and tells me exactly what is needed. If I can't do everything that is needed he tells me the most important issues and suggests what I should take care of first. He is always helpful.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic- look no further. John Leuzzi is the best of the best and that is rare these days with mechanics. He has done a ton of work for me and every time it's on point with the price- what I like the most is he takes his time and gets it done right the first time around. Not only is he extremely friendly and a nice guy his work is great. American or foreign vehicles, he is the guy to work with. I will never use another Mechanic. Quality work, great guy. If you use him for work you will never regret it and you will always be a happy satisfied customer.

Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. Dave and the team at 620 AutoHaus are amazing. They have my 7 year old Audi A6 with 71,000 miles running like new. They use superior products to those of the dealership and they do the job quickly and efficiently. Bob, who worked on my car did an excellent job. You can trust the entire team. And, they don’t push you to have services done that you don’t need. I will be using them for my other A6 as well.

Great mechanics, friendly service.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a new clutch when I got it back the 4wd was not working. They clam not to have anything to do with not working but it worked for me the week I brought the truck in for the clutch. Just stop working not their fault they said so I would have to pay to get it fix. They charged me $600 for a part I could get from a part supplier for $250-- charge me $1000 for the repair on top of the $1600 for the clutch. I trusted them and boy did I pay for it. they had my truck for over ten day thanks guys

Brought car in for annual state inspection and whatever else it might need, including an oil and filter change. That turned out to also include replacing the spark plugs and also flushing the power steering fluid, all items that used to be simple but now add up to $700 on my little 335xi. Oh well, with a long inline 6 hiding the two rear cylinders changing the plugs (necessary every 45k miles) is no picnic I'm sure. It's the price of admission for driving these things. I must add though that keeping up with this stuff is absolutely necessary to keep a Bimmer running like, well, a Bimmer. I swear the car feels like it has 50 more HP; it zings up the tach with what is clearly less effort than before and climbs hills with less pedal position, all because of new plugs and an oil change! Or perhaps it's because Steve Snow sprinkles some of that Bimmerworks magic on the car just for taking it there. Whatever, the car runs great and I know I'm taking it to BMW experts without financing some fancy dealership's latest addition. If you drive a Bimmer, and live within 35 miles of this place, you should seriously consider taking it here for service. -Len Dube
