Brake repair service near Porters Sideling, PA

Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now. Terrific service at a fair price and friendly

I have been a customer of Petroleum's ever since I learned to drive many years ago. I have grown close to many of the past and present mechanics. These MECHANICS are wonderful service friendly people and are the reason this garage has remained as profitable as it has. I have never had an issue with the service these mechanics have provided me. I will say that I would much rather bypass Brenda as a whole but I've made do. I'm not sure how many of you readers are aware that Petroleum is/has closed. Now, my complaint of this company is it's management. These employees were not given a notice, severance, or even a "Thank you for your years of service." One of the mechanics, John, who has become my good friend will be soon opening his own garage (to my delight)! When his location is announced I will post it on this site so that all of you happy customers can follow him. Additionally, I will be one of the first in line for his garage! -Happy with the service; Displeased with the management.

There's a front desk guy name Jeff K that works at Camp Hill Tireplus, he probably has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. He not only has no clue what he's doing, he does nothing to serve the customers. I've been there a few time with friends and each time he is there, we have had a horrible experience with him. Today we were waiting for one particular service from him and instead of telling us what's the next step, knowing that we were waiting on the counter, I saw him take his lunch, went to his car and drove off. I can give you more examples but I already wasted 6+ hours today there for nonsense. I have no idea how be was able to obtain the job in the first place. We left disappointed each time with him so I will never come back here again and will not recommend it to anyone else either. I don't care if you're gonna publish this review or not but, someone has to talk to this guy and teach him some customer service skills/lesson.

December 30, 2020, my wife and I were on our way to North Carolina to visit our daughter. About 180 miles into our trip our alternator burnt out. Because I thought the issue was a faulty battery, I called AAA for a battery service. The tech determined the alternator was the issue. She could not recommend a nearby mechanic and said we'd be hard pressed to get service given the New Years holiday. Not being from the Carlisle, PA area, we decided to conduct a Google search and found T&M Automotive was about a 1/2 mile away. Turns out they are a AAA approved shop. Go figure why the AAA tech didn't know them! We spoke with Henrik who agreed to help us out. They were amazing!!! Henrik was able to get the required part, had his tech install it, test drove it and got us back on the road 3 hours later. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They could have easily charged us more and we would have had to pay it given our situation. If you live in the Carlisle area, I highly recommend you use T&M Automotive for your car care.
