Brake repair service near Southampton, PA

Having bought a used 1994 Honda Accord with 89,000 miles on it in 2010, it was time to do the basic maintenance on the car which the original owner had deferred. Carlos replaced the valve cover gasket, among other things which needed to be done. One of the spark plug o-rings inside did not seat properly when the cover was put back on. I took it back to Overseas and the problem was quickly remedied, then and there, same day, within an hour. This is why I do not mind paying just a little bit more. On bigger jobs like timing belts (which on this car get done every 90,000 miles and its also recommended to change the water pump which you have to go through to get to the timing belt) the extra $40 you will pay Carlos is well worth the piece of mind that the job will be done right, and that if there are any problems, it will be taken care of. My father takes his cars there, I take my car there. Dad is super anal about his vehicles. If its exceptional for him, its more then good enough for me. I went someplace else ONCE after moving back to Philly from my trusted Florida mechanic. Never again. Carlos and his mechanics are so thorough, they know more then the folks at the Acura dealership about these cars. You can't go wrong and can trust Overseas.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! I will recommend this Hart's Auto Carriage to everyone I know for sure. Go here you will be very Happy! Mrs. Liu

hello i was having a problem with my 98 durango with bad handleing and excessive front end bouncing so i when to bernies cause ive been there before and told the manager the problem i was having and he inspected the front tires and saw that the belts were shifted and he said that was the problem i was like ok look i dont hav a lota money really to spend on tires we wentback in the office and he got me 2 really nice 31/10.50/15 for a great price they work with you the truck rides like a different vehical i feel a lot better goin up and down I 95 lol check em out !! satisfied cust. I hate to do that, but feel like I have to... I came to this location to get my car inspected last Friday (08/16/2013) waited for 40 minutes until a service representative finally asked how he can help me. ( he was the only one working there and he was already assisting a lady when I walked in...) I said I need my car inspected and how long it would take. I have been told that he needs to make a call to his manager and ask if there is a waiting list for that or something like that. I didn't feel like waiting another hr or two, and left disappointed. I went there second time on Sunday only because my mechanic doesn't work on Sundays and this is the only day off I have after working at two jobs. I waited about 2 hrs to get my car inspected!!! this is ridiculous! I would never ever go to this place again even though there is a lot of work needed to be done at my car. I also was going to buy tires from them, but with this poor customer service I ll pass on that as well.... Would not recommend this particular location to any customers. I am not sure about others locations.

One star is a LOT to give. This place deserves no business. My car sat in their lot for 11 days. No work was completed. I was going through my warranty company and they didn’t send in any of the photos that were required. Not one photo they claimed to send, went through. I sent the photos they provided to the warranty and they received them immediately. I was stolen from. I removed my vehicle yesterday, without being serviced due to them charging me $1900 for a power steering pump to be fixed. Who in their right minds can tell me that is not overcharging? $1100 out of pocket and my warranty would cover the rest. I told them I know better than this. The district manager of all Philadelphia stores approached me when picking up the keys and tried to assure me that he would do his best to “make me happy”. Immediately I told him nothing with this business would make me happy. He said he would remove $550 off of the price and charge me $449. What mechanic can rightfully take off $550 off of a job? NONE. They were taking advantage of me and thought I wouldn’t fall into their trap. The BEST part of this entire process was the fact that they submitted that they completed the work and charged my warranty company $857 to be paid out. They were PAID for a job UNDONE. I took my car keys and told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. Why would I do business with people who are MONEY HUNGRY and don’t respect women? This is absurd. If i was a MAN I never would have endured such horrible treatment. Each employee was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE. I will encourage any person who’s ever been to Midas to never return.

Horrible service! Took it for a diagnostic they ended up taking my whole car apart which I wasn't aware of felt like I had no choice but to fix the problem with them price was originally around $600 ended up with a bill of almost $2000 and to top it off they left grease stains all over my car in and out

It is a shame that the service through out this location is not the same. We have purchased two new cars from them and where more than happy with the service until we had to deal with the service department. One of our cars (with less than 12,000 miles one it) it had a diffected tire (Michelin) with a huge crack running for more than 3". We went to the Express Service Area so they can check the tire and only we were not serviced, but we were treated very very poorly from one of the managers (as he called himself) and accused us of trying to get a brand new tire for FREE. The whole situation was laughable because we had purchased the car cash and the cost of tire was nothing but they didn't want to bother to open a claim for us. We contacted Michelin directly where advised to go to NTB where the service was great and the tire was changed immediately because it was a manufacture diffect and at no cost to us. I hope the Sloan Honda in future has better people working for them because we will never step foot in there.

If you value your money seek another mechanic. My car smokes, stalls and shakes ever since the lead mechanic Dan laid his hands on it. What should have been a simple fix turned into a ferocious nightmare. Take your car elsewhere.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
