Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now. I utilized Foster's for my 70K service. Scheduling was easy, and they were quick. Their labor rate is about $20 or more on the hour less than Rahal Lexus. I shall return!

My experiences with Hippensteel Auto is 100% satisfied! The noise in my engine was immediately addressed and fixed the dsy it happened. They had me park the car, picked it up and took it to the station. I received a call at the end of the day that the part had been replaced and the car was ready for pick up! I've been looking for a fair and reasonable garage since moving into the area. I believe I have found it in Test N Tune. I took my 2015 jeep in to have tires put on and an inspection performed. I have been a customer of Petroleum's ever since I learned to drive many years ago. I have grown close to many of the past and present mechanics. These MECHANICS are wonderful service friendly people and are the reason this garage has remained as profitable as it has. I have never had an issue with the service these mechanics have provided me. I will say that I would much rather bypass Brenda as a whole but I've made do. I'm not sure how many of you readers are aware that Petroleum is/has closed. Now, my complaint of this company is it's management. These employees were not given a notice, severance, or even a "Thank you for your years of service." One of the mechanics, John, who has become my good friend will be soon opening his own garage (to my delight)! When his location is announced I will post it on this site so that all of you happy customers can follow him. Additionally, I will be one of the first in line for his garage! -Happy with the service; Displeased with the management.

There's a front desk guy name Jeff K that works at Camp Hill Tireplus, he probably has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. He not only has no clue what he's doing, he does nothing to serve the customers. I've been there a few time with friends and each time he is there, we have had a horrible experience with him. Today we were waiting for one particular service from him and instead of telling us what's the next step, knowing that we were waiting on the counter, I saw him take his lunch, went to his car and drove off. I can give you more examples but I already wasted 6+ hours today there for nonsense. I have no idea how be was able to obtain the job in the first place. We left disappointed each time with him so I will never come back here again and will not recommend it to anyone else either. I don't care if you're gonna publish this review or not but, someone has to talk to this guy and teach him some customer service skills/lesson.

Ben, Josh and Nate at Meineke at West York go out of their way to help and take care of their customers. I have been bringing my cars there for the last two years. I have three old cars with lots of problems and frequently one of the cars was in the shop for repairs. They did high quality work. They provided free loaner cars while my cars were being repaired. Above all they care about their customers, have served our country, and are very involved in the local community by sponsoring organizations like the Chidrens Miracle Network. Earlier this year I was on my way to attend my daughter's college graduation in Harrisburg. On the way our van with nine people in it broke down on Rt. 83. I called Meineke. They immediately arranged for a tow, came and picked all of us up and soon we were on our way to the graduation in the loaner cars they provided for us. We were able to make it to the graduation on time. This is just one of many instances where they have gone above and beyond to help me. They are honest, reliable, provide excellent service and above all care about you the customer. I have used many different auto repair shops in my lifetime, but none have come close to the service I have received from them. I took in my mustang to have a costom exhaust done i was happy with the idea they had but i was abit upset when i had to wait 2 weeks for parts, the parts were terrible quality for the price ( i paied over $100 for a pipe that was advance auto parts quality crush bent junk pipe) then after its all installed they put it on diffrently then discussed so my dual exhaust works as a single exhaust because of the h pipe being angled to favor one side and it all leaks horribly and the pipe keeps hitting the body and axle i am very dis satafied with the shotty work and cheap parts used when i paied over $700 for a job a student mechanic could of done better
